On April 7 I searched in Google and found this software that claimed would solve my auto shutup problem, then I downloaded and installed and scanned, then it asked me to pay the full version. After payment and repairing, my computer became even slower and then it stopped there. So I have to reboot my computer, but no signal. Then I took it to computer repair shop and that cost me another $120. I have emailed them numorous of times to give me a reasonal explanation and a refund, they seem to ignore my request.
