i ordered the cd next i know my account was deducted 72.21 i called the number spoke to customer service rep. canceled the account that same day then a few days later someone called back asking how i liked the cd i told the rep that i never recieved it and that i called the day i ordered it and canceled he said no one noted or closed the account so he did gave me a confirmation number and said i would be refunded in 3-5 buisness days its been 8 days and no refund the number no longer accepts calls and im afraid that i will continue to have that amount deducted and there is no way i can contact anyone to speak to them about whats going on read full review »
