I called sears home repair for my lawn mower blade not turning. Mower needed a belt. I was charged $250.63 for a job that took 5 min. I called sears and reported that I felt a 200 labor cost for a 5 min job was outragious. The customer service guy that I talked to agreed with me and went on to tell me that they were offering belt change, blade change, and oil change for $169.00. And I was charged $250 for just a belt!!! I was given a number to call. I called of course they were no help to me, they were employed by sears. They have my money and they were determined to keep it. I was cheated this time, but will never use sears again. read full review »
