Oh good ol' BoA homeloans screwing me again. Surprise, surprsie! I have been working with Acorn (before they were busted) to submit an application for a modification on my 2 loans that BoA took over. I submitted an app to modify the loans in the middle of Aug. I was put on a "repayment plan" for 4 months (till dec) for the first loan and for the sencond a "forrbarence plan" for three months. These people are a joke and I am now stuck paying a debt to them every month on top of loans that were taken out when I was going there. I attended the brandon-online college from March 2006 till they dropped me out of the school in January 2008. Little did I know that I was put on student probation and was dropped out for not appealing my probation. A letter was never sent via snail mail or e-mail so I had no knowledge that anything was wrong until I tried to get into class and I was no longer found in the system.
