In July 2007, Bally lost my payment. I faxed, mailed in not only once but twice copy of the check but they denied ever receive d it untill i emailed them check image. After many email, more than 6 weeks past, Bally told me they have found my payment, told me it was placed to someone else account without apology. But the story didn't end here. Instead of credit the full payment ( $32.14)to my account, Bally only credited $27.
