One of the most insensitive and imcompetent companies in the industry.I have been a customer for close to 7 years and recently my landline was down for close to 17 days and it took me close to 4 emails and a dozen phone calls before I booted them out and shifted to BSNL.After contacting their Mumbai office only some action happened at Bangalore where everyone scrambled to do some work.Never ever go for Tata Indicom landline or broadband ever as they are always in a state of paralytic Hibernation and a horrible experience to go through them. read full review »

I shifted from prepaid to postpaid in the month of Oct 10.I had taken the Rs 249 plan and Airtel had provided 200 free sms, 600mts free to local gsm and when my bill came I was charged even though I had not exceeded the limit.On communicating with them they came up with only cock and bull stories.Thank God number portability came and I finally ported out of the Airtel work on March 1st 2011 to BSNL.I have been using BSNL Prepaid and am really happy with their service and it has really led to savings in money by using their BSNL Mitra where 5... read full review »
