Someone claiming to be from "Business Systems" constantly calls and asks us for the serial numbers on our copiers. We know that it's a scam so we don't tell them anything, but how can we find out who they are? When we ask for a phone number (their # doesn't show on caller ID), they say they don't have incoming phone lines. If anyone gives them a serial number, you will start receiving toner and be billed for it. read full review »
