Our recent visit to Rainbow Restaurant on North Elm Street in Torrington, CT was a very bad experience. Upon making reservations for six people we were told there would be no problem. When we arrived at the restaurant no one knew of a reservation for us. One of our people was handicapped and we had to wait about 45 minutes to be seated. The seated us at a small booth which was very uncomfortable. We feel we should have been told if they were unable to accomadate us.
