I had worked with the Des Moines, Iowa VA system in the past to obtain my Commercial & Instrument airplane training, I had my VA file transferred 1OCT07 to phoenix, After 18 months and 3 appeals later, the va here in PHX refused to help me finish my aviation training even though their website shows that the va can and does pay for flight training, Can anyone help me?
