My credit card was charged $79.99 On 5/15/2009, I was offered a 15-day free trial for $2.95 which my card was charged on 5/5/2009, I called Customer Service today on 5/18/2009 and spoke with Christine whom informed that my $79.99 was none refundable and that i placed the order on 5/1/2009 when i explained to this very unprofessional Young Lady that i have my credit statement which shows a charge of $2.95 on 5/5/2009 she basically called me a lie and said i could not get my refund cause i failed to cancel my membership on the 15th day, I... read full review »
