I have call the company in ga now i'm trying this way. The lids/caps are so tight on 50% of the bottles in a 12 pak. that I must get a pair of wire pliers to help me open it. In the past, I have called to complain to the company stating that I could open all the coke pop products with no problem but when it came to opening a Nestea bottle I did'nt stand a snowballs chance in hell to get it open.
