I authorized the company to charge my cc for $4.95. The charge for the initial Diet Analysis. They continued to charge me $29.95 per month. This charge was for access to their web page! I never accessed the site after the first initial visit. When I called them to refund my money they said they were not authorized to refund any payments. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was put on hold for several minutes until I called back. Then the girl I talked to told me she was the 'head of the telephones'!
