My name is Farida Salih I was traveling this morning from DFW to NY then to Cairo. I went at the kiosk deck to check in the agent there told us to go to the other ticket deck and wait online; I didn’t mind that at all. But the guy at the ticket counter was very very rude to me, and to my family. When we checked in he told us that he can’t check in all of us that some of us have to go to the kiosk machine.
