My name is Gigi Bacigalupi and I am extremely irate that Ivory Brite has charged me again!!! I called on April 20, 2009 to request a refund and to cancel ongoing monthly orders. The Ivory Brite representative said that he took care of my request. However, on May 20, 2009, I was charged another $88.97. What do I need to do to get a refund?
