I, too, got charged $72.21. Reading the complaints about this Google chest, i didn't even bother calling their customer service. I went ahead and called my bank and reported this fraudulent charge. My bank cancelled my card and is sending me a new one. My bank also asked me if they are able to pursue who ever charged my account if i am willing to press charges and i gladly said YES! So everything is in process right now and hopefully my bank will credit my account back. read full review »
