I signed up for Direct TV last year in October through a Verizon promotion - Triple Play. Verizon could not provide the service in my area, and thus I did not receive the services I had asked for. Based on that, I called Verizon and stated that I could no longer wait, since they do not have an idea when they can provide a telephone and internet service in my area.
