I purchased this service in April and did not receive any information about this service so I assumed that the transaction did not occur. i received my credit card statement and there were two charges on the account from this company I called the 1-866 number that was on the credit card statement and requested to cancel and refund of the $72.21. The customer service person was very daft about the who situation, but was eventually able to cancel and give me an address to request a refund.
