Direct TV is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. They contract with people and force them to cancel so they can charge their credit cards and cash counter checks on the customer's bank accounts. I ordered the service October 16th. They broke the skylight in my roof on installation, the service did not work and after trying sixteen times to change my billing address so I could receive my bill I gave up.
