Like the others, I ordered a free sample as advertised, for shipping and handling charges. I was later charged $78 for a subscription I never requested. My credit card company said they would reverse the charges, but the merchant may protest, and they may repace the charges again. I emailed the credit card company, and told them that I had researched the website, and there is a grey box with fine print that states that I agree to accept the subscription.
