In addition to complaining to the credit card company and getting the charges reversed, you can contact the FTC, and between them, get these people shut down.
Of course, they can change their name and pop up again, but people can complain and get them shut down as many times as they can pop up. read full review »

Like the others, I ordered a free sample as advertised, for shipping and handling charges. I was later charged $78 for a subscription I never requested.
My credit card company said they would reverse the charges, but the merchant may protest, and they may repace the charges again.
I emailed the credit card company, and told them that I had researched the website, and there is a grey box with fine print that states that I agree to accept the subscription. However, this is THEIR statement, not mine. If I agree to something, I should... read full review »
