Let me add mine to an apparently LONG list of laments about this company. Not only did they take$72.21 from my account after I told them I was no longer interested, they now tell me that I have to return their product (at my expense of course) in order to receive a refund from them. One of my MANY problems with them is that I have yet to receive the product after 3 weeks and, according to the only person I was allowed to talk to, the only way for my money to be refunded is to return the product.
