EXCACTLY!!! How do you reach a company that doesn't give you a phone number just a box with a mouth piece and 6 oz tube of gel. Lesson Learned!!! Same complaint as the others, From now on it's best to google the "FREE" stuff to see how many of us where stupid enough to fall for this advertisement.
