My son was given a Walmart/Ge Moneybank Prepaid Visa card as a gift. When he tried to use the card he was told he had to have the orignal cash register receipt, which he doesn't have because it was a gift. After over an hour on the phone with both Walmart and GE Money, they refuse to help at all. And ALL of the normal customer service numbers will not even get you to a real person.
