In the state of Illinois the law is no smoking 15 ft. from the main entrance to any public building. The employees of the Dollar General Store # 09938, 412 Limit Street, Lincoln, Illinois can not get past the front door. No matter what time of day you drive by or actually stop at the store there is 1 if not more employees standing at the door smoking. You walk in the store and it smell like cigeratte smoke.
