I purchase tickets and a rental car through Hotwier back in March of 2009 and all of a sudden I noticed that I was being charged on my american express card which I had not used since then. They tried telling me that they send me information by email and by mail which i never received so I asked for a refund of the money and told them the charges were never approved. How can they get away with this? I wonder how many people dont even pay attention and loose money with this company. I hope they will refund me the money soon. read full review »
