I spoke to a repesentative from Ge Online Services representing PC Richards & Son 3 weeks ago, agreeing to give them a post dated check from my account on 5-29-09 and all late fees would be waived. They took out the 100.00 from my account, but did not waive the late fees. when asked to speak to a supervisor he said he could not transfer me to a supervisor and gave me a really hard time on the phone leaving me with the late fees and unable to speak to a supervisor.
