After following all of the online directions for ordering, I was charged for the Turbo Vac which I did not order. Actually, they do not charge you for the Vac but $14.95 for the shipping! (same thing to me) You cannot reach anyone directly at customer service to cancel or change your order, so I emailed them. It will be interesting to see if they heed my instructions to cancel the order. read full review »
