Company billed me for $78.93 without authorization. On calling Company, I was advised that my authorization of $4.99 for a trial sample gave them permission to charge me $78.93 each month. I objected, stating tht I had not authorized the additional charge, wanted a credit to my account and further, I wanted to insure that no future charges would be made. The customer service representative refused to provide a refund or to connect me a supervisor. To prevent future charges, I had to cancel my credit card. read full review »
