was approved had to go to store to varafy my id I was told to fax in they refused it as well. I am taking to loss provention team of Rogers and Fido. I have a account number here now I am tired of this bull crap they want me back as a customer I cant get it on contracted phone nor monthly with out passing the C Check. I feel sorry for them who filed a complaint of these people but they really been great to me I hope they continue business with me .I some days hate my laptop cause it over writes on what I type it has a damb mind of its own to re insert and I dont use the insert bar or button. when I gotten the laptop it was scratched as heck but I put a skin cover over it it looks new lol. read full review »

I am 1 yr term for laptop and I was told I still owe for 40 weeks I dont get this I had since DEC 2010 I got this after Christmas a bit they also gave me 1 week free I think or 2 I forget. Anyhow how do they figgure out 40 weeks left? or payments? thanks yes I got a cybertron desk top as welll with them I had probs with it but they fixed with then less a week. I got a disscount as well the next payment so Iam happy. I was renting a freezer from them I paid so much a week. I got a call from my trustee asking why dealing with them? I told them why anyhow Trustee told them not to allow me credit I was told there is no credit checks. Anyhow they still wont let me back in so I dont bother asking prob uselless if I did but new trustee dont care what I do. I had a rep try to hook me up on 30 day term no go for and I told them today the $ has been sent by cheque and I was to, ld could take up to 10-15 days of business days I so so dont give a hoot but that is rediculouse Anyhow I hope the product I am getting works well otherwise I will call the company and ask for help. I was not approved with them and they directed me to MDG Direct. I also got called from Purolator yesterday the 20th and today the 21 of April 2011 saying my tracking # and then called Dell to ask what my package was. The damb refused to talk to me and give info. Anyhow i am never dealing with them again and or MDG I perfer to stay with this rental company I am with now. I refused the package from courier as well. read full review »

well I called Dell told them My pc crashed and would not issue another pc and this was shortly after my warentee was done so I had a friend fix it for me costed me a bit of $ but o well. I sold the unit after it was fixed I got another Dell from a local PC store and asked for them to change the owner ship or call them to ask if i can do so they refused to and then i was accused of a stolen unit from them I faxed a receipt that it was not what a bunch of hyprocrits. now my ? is if I have all cds to my unit and a person needs to have windows xp re installed can I use my cds for this or should i keep them to my owne PC only thanks read full review »

well I was at the local warming room and I had a few guys want to fight me and i walked off and then called Police and sure enough they came to see me but did nothing but to tell them to stop herassing they still kept it up so I called again and said this is retarded if some one called cops on me sure enough Id be arrested they said how do U know? I said duh I use to have a criminal record and now I dont thanks to my AA program anyhow I feel they dont give a hoot when it comes to another matter but to me when some one calls of me they do/anyhow they need to treat all calls propperly and i have written the cheif of Police as well. read full review »
