I have not been able to stay on line connected to the internet for the past 3 weeks. I have contact Alltel several times, and am told each time that a ticket will be open and if the problem can not be resolved in 10 days, I can cancel my service with no penalties. Each and every time I call to check the status of the ticket, I am told that a new ticket has be opend the previous day and I will have to wait another 190 days.
