The work environment at US Fidelis is very strange. They front a christian based setting; yet the way the entire business is ran breaks or bends to almost breaking point–morally right, ethically right behavior. The sense of urgency to “get the money” and push customers beyond normal sales practices is quite disturbing. From the top, the management is told to manage by instilling fear.
