As many I have seen on this board, I have too been duped by the Ivory Brites Whitening free trial offer. I am a little confused because it seems that many people seem to think this is the customer service dept for Ivory Brites, but I think it's only a complaint board. I have come to the conclusion that I probably won't get my money back unless I actually do get something in the mail from them and mail it back. Even then who knows.
