Ordered something. Paid extra for expedited delivery. All day on Friday, the UPS.com tracking said "Package is out for delivery for delivery TODAY". 7pm rolls around, no package, same info on tracking page. I call. They say: "Yep, still coming, they deliver as late as 9 or even later." I say, "Can you check that they REALLY have the package on the truck". I wait on hold.
