Shipped me a broken product. Ignored my RMA request. Ignored my 2nd RMA request. Ignored my BBB complaint. They only have one customer service rep, who is "at lunch" so I'm getting a voicemail. Hung up on me after putting me on hold for 30mins. The Firewire/USB 2.0 card they sold me was a highly known defective unit after a google search, which crashed my Windows XP so bad I had to reformat twice. It didn't help that they shipped the card with ZERO packing material. Do not order from them! read full review »
