in 2007 i was diagnosed with lung cancer throughout my treatment i thougt i would lose my home i was granted a forebearance by chase home finance. within six months i was put in foreclosure even though i had a forebearanc e agreement that was signed and documented. after dozens of unanswered calls from the mortgage company i filed a complaint with the comptrollers office and my forebearance agreement was put back into effect ( except for the finanacial fees of the foreclosure and the foreclosure on my credit) .
