Dear Sirs; June6, 2009 8:30pm This is to inform you that we want your service disconnected from our home and the recievers picked up. We've had your service for less than 48 hours and have had been lied to, hung up on, disconnected and we can't receive the channels we were told we were going to get. Contracts have a time period in which if the customer is not satisfied with service or product they can get out of the contract.
