We have been loyal customers of AT&T for years, but in Jan, Feb, Mar, and Apr of 2007 our service with Dish Network (which was bundled with AT&T) had many problems. 2 out of 3 of the boxes refused to work. After several attempts and failures to repair the equipment, we discontinued their service and called another company. Since we only had 1/3 service, I sent them 1/3 payment for those months.
