I too bought flowers for Mother's Day and was charged the $1.95 fee and this month was charge $14.95. I really don't care about going through the hassle of getting my money back, but I have just used their online cancellation system to cancel my account. It said I should receive no further charges. I most definately will not be buying flowers online from Pro-Flowers. The sad thing was that I was lured into this by a college loan website thing set up by Sallie Mae (UPromise).
