Wow, I'm so glad I found this site. Cbeyond (what?)... that their a joke, that the customer service department doesn't give a dam about there current customers. Clearing stated in there "WELCOME TO CBEYOND HANDY DANDY GET STARTED BOOK" We have had nothing but trouble with this company.
