The purchase experience was fine, but when I realized that the mail slot I bought was way too small, I looked at how to return the item and was hit by restocking fees, shipping fees and ultimately, to return anything under $30 is simply a waste of time. This is a built in money maker for Loookintheattic & Company and as a business owner, I'm blown away by the gaul of the Company. Watch out for this company.
