CEC solutions guarantee after 5 payments I would recieve a shipping date for my laptop and printer they guaranteed the delivery would be June 1 2009 with and 8 day window. But that was after I already did 18 payments. I called the customer service on the 9th day and there response was that they were having a problem with dell and asked me would I like to switch from dell to hp and I said yes they told me to call back for delivery and I did.
