I purchased a one time people search from intellius. Not only did I not recieve a seach as advertised, my next months' bank statement showed an unauthorized withdrawal of $19.99. I have tried to cancel and recieve a refund but fear I will have to change my bank account number to accomplish this. Their results fed me back only the name I had given them. no other information was obtainable although a thourgh search is advertized. Obtaining a response by phone or email is impossible.
