Company uses bait and switch and media hype to lure in new users.Can't bill the VA properly.[min 6 credit hours for half time] Representatives use vulgar and demeaning commentary when they can't get thier way. Tech support :-) Gott to love them. They have no working knowledge of computer networks, nor how they work.They can't diagnose/fix thier own systems and any comments to fix thier side of the mix gets you nowhere.
