I have been jilted 3 different times by NORTHWEST... The first time I lived in Houston, TX. and booked a flight to Minnesota to attend a funeral.. Was sent to wrong airport at rush hour.Was given a voucher to use within one year. I was diagnosed with M.S. a while later. Needless to say I was jilted ...
