I recently (June 6, 2009) purchased a FXRG full face helmet at a H/D dealership in Bay City, MI. The was a malfunction with the visor release, it broke a the visor can"t be put back on the helmet. Keep in mind the helmet has never been worn except for a test fit a neither H/D or the dealership is willing to replace the helmet, instead I have too wait 2-3 weeks for H/D to decide what they want to do.
