I was told by the sales person when I joined up that if I was transferred out of state or lost/quit my job I would have no trouble canceling my membership. I was recently laid off and explained my situation to Court South. Their reply was basically, "too bad." The contract is vague in some areas. I recommend that you DO NOT sign the contract when you visit. Take it home, and review it thoroughly. They also make a big deal about their 'movie work-out room.' I found this to be useless.
