This is my second attempt to cancel and get reimbersed on line.( I have also called the co. twice.) You have not honored our agreement and have caused my personal account to be charged fees for insufficient funds! Not realizing you were going to keep charging my account, I do n0t have an excess of money and did my usual groceries only to find you charged me again . This can not keep going on, please respond ASAP.
