I ordered 3 cell phone covers on May 1 and as of June 17 I have only received one of them. The one that I did receive has already chipped and cracked. I have called every week to inquire when the other covers will be sent out. If someone actually picks up the phone they have the same answer. It is on back order and will be shipped out next week. Typically when the call rings through the call is disconnected. This is after listening to the IVR message repeat over and over that I am number 1 in the queue.
