I was using SureWest for my internet, cable and phone service and recently I saw an advertisement from Time Warner Cable where they are offering same package of service for a lower price. So I decided to switch to Time Warner. They switched my telephone and cable but internet is not started yet. They have such a lousy and rude staff that if I had known about this before switching, I would have continued with SureWest. The field technicians/contractors of Time Warner cable are liers.
