After receiving calls from friends and family on the status of presents, mailed ups, we discovered delays due to weather. My complaint, #1. No notification of cancelled delivery and phony excuses on tracking system, when weather, not a factor . #2 Incorrect information from ups representative, who instructed us to drive 15 miles to pickup package from local ups center, and on arrival there, was told it was being delievered same day.
